1. Oil and hydration

After a summer of drought, sea and pool, your hair is as thirsty as you are on a hot August afternoon. So in addition to drinking water and eating right, you need a solid moisturizer to supply them with the moisture they need.

Hair Oil "RPNZL" - With Castor Oil, Aloe, Vitamin E & D-Panthenol by Anaplasis is a special hair and scalp care product. Its activity is exclusively due to the combination of vegetable oils, natural active ingredients and essential oils from which it is composed.

3. Don't forget the mask

There is nothing more satisfying for the hair than a nourishing natural hair mask to help the hair recover from the damaging effects of seawater, chlorine and the sun's rays.

The RPNZL Hair Mask - With Silk, Keratin and Shea Butter by perPLASIS, nourishes, restructures and moisturizes damaged, dry hair. Silk and Keratin help restore the hair's protein layer, smooth and prevent breakage and split ends. Its cationic agents prevent frizz and hair dehydration, enhancing the softness of your hair.

For a homemade recipe, whisk two tablespoons of honey with half an avocado and one tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl. Apply to lengths and ends, leave on for an hour and rinse well.

2. Put down the heat

Since the damage has already been done, the best thing you can do is to keep away from all kinds of hair tools, especially heated ones. It's likely that the sun has removed moisture directly from the scalp near the root, so styling tools like flat irons and blow dryers will damage it further. Go for a while with simple brushing and combing in loose braids, as a stiff bun or even a ponytail can stretch the hair that lacks elasticity and break the strand.

4. The right shampooing

If chlorine has damaged your hair, it is probably building up between the hair layers. This chlorine buildup makes your hair feel dirtier than usual. You can use shampoo cleanser to rinse the scalp thoroughly, doing two and three handed. RPNZ-The Shampoo by ANAPLASIS, is a special care product, which thanks to its selected natural ingredients, takes care of the scalp and treats the hair all along its length.

However, and for better cleaning, you can make a clarifying DIY using apple cider vinegar. You can mix two parts apple cider vinegar with one part water in a bowl, and then apply the mixture to your hair before you wash it. Leave it to set for 15 minutes and then rinse. Apple cider vinegar is acidic and good for your hair, it lowers the pH level of the hair, and chemically balances the hair. Don't forget to rinse and pass 2 hands of shampoo and mask to keep it moisturized!
