This contract covers exclusively any sale of products through the website of anaPLASI. Any deviations from this contract must be confirmed by anaPLASIS in writing. Any other terms and conditions are expressly excluded. By visiting or making purchases through anaPLASIS you automatically accept these terms and conditions.

anaPLASIS does not disclose or disclose customer and transaction data to anyone unless required by law or court order. The personal data you make available to us are used exclusively for the execution of your transactions. anaPLASIS keeps a record of all customer details and has the right to inform customers about offers or new products either in writing or by message on a mobile phone which the customer has informed is his contact number.

The site includes material and other content that belongs exclusively to anaplasis.gr and is protected by Greek and European and International Law. All contents of the site (including texts, graphics, images, photographs and software) are intellectual property of anaPLASIS. Any copying, reproduction and retransmission of the material is prohibited without written permission of the company. Their appearance on the website is not considered a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.

By using the site, you fully agree that use is at your own risk. anaPLASIS makes every effort to provide high quality service but we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors.

The amount of shipping costs is determined by anaPLASIS and is presented in detail on its website. The customer will be charged shipping costs to complete his order and the shipping cost is non-negotiable.

The company anaPLASIS distributes with a specific courier company all its shipments and the customer will receive through the cooperating courier and only through it his order.

The products will be sent to the place you have indicated in the order form through the cooperating courier company. Shipments are made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The delivery time is approximately three to five working days unless the customer sets a later date of approximately five days.

The company is obliged to make a product replacement or refund if and when, even though all products have undergone allergenic testing, the consumer experiences itching or other unpleasant symptoms that last or allergy during the first application and inform the company immediately. At the same time, a trial application is recommended in limited areas for 24 hours for any allergic reaction. In no case the company is not obliged to replace or refund after the full consumption of a product.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased, subject to the following terms and conditions:

The return must be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products.

Returns are accepted provided that you first contact anPLASIS at 2531022208 - 6940 85 8349

The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it, i.e. without having been unsealed or the packaging has been tampered with, just as it was before its sale, in its full original packaging as delivered to you by the shipping company and returned fully packaged and safe.

In order for the refund to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected in the purchase document.

If the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to a refund in cash or with an account credit that he/she will notify to anaplasis. The customer's refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the product. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the credit card will be updated (credited) accordingly and no cash refund will be made.

The return is carried out with the courier GENERAL MAIL and ACS and the cost of shipping is clearly borne by the customer

anaPLASIS is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to anaPLASIS fault or due to force majeure or incorrect customer details and will be entitled to an extension of the time for execution. Indicative examples of force majeure can be strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier/transportation/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters, strikes. If such incidents last more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
